Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of waaj.ai and the Waaj AI receptionist service provided by WAAJ AI (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED.

Service

Waaj AI provides an AI voice receptionist designed for dental clinics. We are not a medical provider and do not deliver medical advice. The AI receptionist captures appointment requests and general information; it does not diagnose or treat patients.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly in advance. A 14-day free trial is available on all plans. You may cancel anytime; cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to violate laws, send unlawful communications, or harass any party. We may suspend service in response to abuse, fraud, or non-payment.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
